Our returns process is quick and hassle free. In most cases we will ask you to send us a photograph of the item you wish to return - we will be able to process your return more quickly if you send this with your request.
Return Period - 90 Days
If you have changed your mind about a product you can return it to us for a refund within 90 days as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging. We've designed our packaging so that you can touch and feel the bristles and make sure that you are happy with your purchase before you open it. Items returned under our 90 day guarantee must still be new and in a sellable condition, that means that they are unused and in original, undamaged packaging. Please note that shipping is non-refundable and we do not provide returns labels or reimburse the cost of returning an unwanted item. We'll exchange the brush you've used within 90 days - just drop us a note and return it to us. Our hair experts will issue you with a credit equal to the price you paid, excluding shipping, that you can use to purchase a new brush on our website!
12 Month No Quibbles Guarantee
All of the items we sell are backed up with a 12 month, no quibbles guarantee. If your brush develops a fault within 12 months of the purchase date we'll repair or replace the faulty item or component free of charge. Missing or incorrect Items
If you have been sent the wrong item or if there are items missing from your parcel you must let us know within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us by emailing service@denmanbrushus.com.

We're sorry to learn that you need to return your new Denman. If you purchased the item as part of the Good Morning America promotion and it is still unused and in its original packaging you can return it to the address below without getting in touch with us first.
